1. We offer a 5-race series.

2. Optional 411 Mile Champion of Champions Race (Includes Bonus 235 Mile Bonus Race)
3. Races will start in mid-October - weather permitting.
4. The perch fee is $150 per bird or pay for 5 get 1 free.
5. The perch fee is non-refundable.
6. The Perch fee is due before shipping of the birds or with the birds.
7. Accepting birds from March 31^st to June 1^st. Replacements accepted through June 16^th.
8. All birds must be vaccinated for PMV at least 14 days before arriving at the loft.
9. All birds must be banded with a 2025 seamless band recognized by a National Organization (AU, IF, CU...etc).
10. Activation fee is $350 per bird, $25 goes toward the Champion of Champions 411 Mile Race.
11. The activation fee is due after the 125 Mile Activation Race and before the 170 Mile Race. Any paid bird(s) that are lost before the 170 Mile Race will be refunded the $350 Entry Fee.
12. The Optional Grand Average Speed Challenge is $100 per bird paid to the best average speed bird(s) among the 8 total races throughout the season from 125 – 411 Miles. Entry fee due before the 125 Mile Activation Race.
13. Entry in the Optional 411 Mile Champion of Champions Race is required to remain eligible in the Grand Average Speed Challenge. Prizes based on number of entries.
14. The Optional Cuevas Triple Crown Challenge is $100 per bird paid to the best average speed bird(s) in the 307, 327, 357 Mile Races. Entry fee due by shipping of the 235 Mile Race. Refund will be given if bird is lost before the 1^st 307 Mile Race. Prizes based on number of entries.
15. 15% of all entry fees will be held for race expenses.
16. The final race will be paid on the first drop and then clocking order.
17. Prizes will be paid to the top 10% of birds going to the final race.
18. You MUST activate all your birds or ownership will be lost.
19. All birds will belong to the breeders/owners of entry.
20. A tax identification number (IRS W-9) will be required prior to awarding any prize value at $600 or more.
21. Return fees must be paid and birds must be retrieved within 21 days of the last race.
22. If fees are not received in full within 21 days, the remaining birds become the property of the Cuevas Classic.
23. Return Shipping of birds after the race - $75 + $10 each additional bird (up to three birds per box)
24. We will be using BENZING One Loft Race clocking system & Wincompanion for live results.
25. All races will be paid within 21 days of the final race.
26. In the event of any unforeseen incident (i.e. including but not limited to birds that do not make it to the final race or return from the final race), the prizes will be split equally with the birds that were basketed to the last race.
27. In the event of a hard race, the clock will stop the 3^rd race day at 12 PM local time. Any position not filled within that time period will be divided equally among all clocked birds for that race.
28. Cuevas Classic will not be held responsible for birds lost to unforeseen events.
29. Cuevas Classic has the right to refuse service/entry to any breeder or attendee at their discretion.
30. Cuevas Classic reserves the right to make any and all decisions.
31. All birds will be vaccinated for P.M.V. upon arrival.
32. All birds will have their 9^th and 10^th flights pulled.
